The International Mountain Bicycling Association is coming to North Carolina. Kelly and Collins Bishop of the Subaru/IMBA Trail Care Crew will be in Albemarle for a Trailbuilding School and a Club Care Workshop. The Crews teach “sustainable” trail building, which means building trails that last a long time and require minimal maintenance. This helps reduce trail damage, protects the environment, and enhances visitor enjoyment. During Club Care workshops, the Subaru/IMBA Trail Care Crew shares techniques that advocacy organizations across the country have used to reach goals, overcome challenges and grow the mountain bike community.
